Job Specialization :

• The Sales Development Manager will lead the sales team, formulate strategies to expand the customer base, and achieve revenue targets. This role involves identifying market trends, developing sales plans, and fostering relationships with key clients.

Requirements : 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in sales management and business development.

• Strong leadership and motivational skills.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Understanding of the electrical switchboard industry.
